The latest Teams update. It now sucks harder than the intake to a dredging barge at full throttle.
I got to use https://spatial.chat this week and for what it sets out to be, it’s pretty nice.
I feel like my management wouldn’t “get” a tool like that. It’s take a lot to get our team past our core requirement of audio and screen sharing.
Admittedly I said “Nope” to turning video on last week for a couple calls because I just didn’t want toZ with a vendor who can’t really complain, but since they’re a weird mix of semi-competent yet highly enthusiastic about the dumpster fire they call an app, I didn’t feel the need to give them the courtesy of joining them with video on.
@Viking are you referring to MS Teams or something else? I know recently it’s started hard-muting my audio both ways (so I have to click after entering to even hear) and it did annoy me one day by putting the “teams is ready!” pop-up over top of the “join a meeting” pop-up which I actually cared about.
