I will be honest I’m hitting the flood protection a lot, but that’s my probably bad habit of opening every unread thread in a new tab then reading at my leisure.
Let me look at the settings.

I’m using Basic dark for the theme, with Enable automatic dark mode color scheme checked.
Aha. It’s the “revised new styling with fixes” theme that’s broken.
Ah. It is much better with that change.

I do have venmo. You know my name, so you can find it. 
I’ll admit, things are really tight since apparently it was a lie that all of the money from selling my primary residence would be credited towards my new home. IRS is after a lot of taxes for capital gains that I don’t have.
