I’ve gotten along fine with Octopress for the Bigdino blog for a couple of years now; I enjoy the speed of a blog made entirely of static files, and I enjoy Octopress’s responsive design (courtesy of its Jekyll underpinnings). But there are two constants in the world of blogging: “Sorry I haven’t updated in so long” posts, and “I’ve change my blogging platform!” posts.
I’m not sure you have the URL right there Keep. Try this one - http://blog.bigdinosaur.org/a-blogging-platform-for-the-future/ (you’ve got ghost.big… instead of blog.big…)
Ooh. Yeah, that’s probably not the only place where that’s gonna happen. Need to add a redirect real quick.
Edit - There we go. I just dumped octopress for ghost on the blog side, and rather than do a big migration I just sort of swapped hostnames and crossed my fingers. Because that’s how we do things around here!
