It’s a stupid comparison. It’s simplistic and ignorant. And it’s not like the US itself can be compared to any other nation. There aren’t any that even come close to our multiculturalism, ethnic mix, and economic and social classes.

My assumption was based on the survival of the shooter, which appears to have been exaggerated.
Shity situation. Though note to self, don’t be the one that goes outside to see if that was a gunshot or a firecracker in the hallway.
I would try to take advantage of a shooter’s inability to hit a moving target, but yet, a hallway is not the place to test that.

Uses different metric for “mass shooting”, that has no real historical data behind it, is one a day better or worse than 20 years ago? Also happens to remove white shooters from the top of the pile.
According to this metric the most violent year in America was 1929, and it’s been going down every year since then. Gun crime, all crime, is on a downward spiral. Part of the issue here is we are 340 million people with different goals and cultures and everything else, if one in a million is capable of doing this that’s 340 people. And I’d put it higher than one in a million.
And I couldn’t understand anything that dude was saying in the video. I have no idea what a normie is, or what r9k is.

So, a woman claims that she saw a man carrying a gun walking around a community college campus, which is very close to two high school and the school district’s central office. All of these campuses are put on lockdown.
An hour later she says, “oh, no, I didn’t see a gun!”
So, what, did you see someone using his smartphone to troll Twitter? Was there an actual point to you notifying the authorities? You didn’t think it odd that the campus was put on lockdown, if you didn’t see a gun?
The pundijjits are going to have a field day with this one.
A couple years ago, they put our whole school district on lockdown because someone said they saw a guy walking down the street across from the middle school (school being several hundred feet from the sidewalk in question) carrying a rifle.
It was a fscking umbrella.
This is worse than that! She didn’t see anything!
Then she should be arrested for wasting police time. And charged. That’s a colossal waste of time and anxiety for a large number of people and she should be accountable for it.
