Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I wish everyone here a happy Thanksgiving, whether you’re in the US or not. I’m busy cooking up a storm, and I’ll post pics when it’s all done!

It was a quiet Thanksgiving for me, which was what I needed after a stressful Wednesday.

My dinner turned out quite nicely. The turkey was nice an moist, no dry turkey here.

My family is all in Washington state, so we did Thanksgiving with the GF’s family…We went to Dennys for Thanksgiving. I want to bitch and whine, but it was really nice, and it’s clear that my GFs family likes me and wants to get to know me more.

Cajun Turkey for the day, and my wife was recovering from surgery so I did all the things. We usually tag team fancy food.
Friday, Turkey casserole.
Saturday, Turkey Jambalaya.
Monday Turkey and noodles
Tuesday, jambalaya and casserole leftovers.
And today the last of the white meat as a turkey sandwich. The rest of the turkey will be cubed and frozen tonight. Also have a spare turkey in the freezer for eating in February or so.

I just finished off a plate of turkey wing, stuffing, and gravy. I made turkey broth the day before yesterday and turned it into turkey soup yesterday.
