We have a “George” in our IT department that i work with. No fucking clue how this guy made tier 2. He couldn’t find his way out of a wet paper bag if it was taken off for him.

He’ll star assigning tickets to other people on the sneak…

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO he is why we had for 3 months the ablity to create tickets take away because he would assign tickets to the sys admins that where things that could be handled easily by a tier 1. we finally got it back, and we are allowed to pick up but not assign tickets. He claims he doesnt under stand why he cant just assign tickets to sys admins if he just tells them first.

This guy sounds like a nightmare…
