If I ever happen to be wherever you are and we meet up, you have to bring Noodle. My Shih Tzus passed away a few years ago. Shih Tzus are great. (not that other breeds aren’t great, too)
Came across this, thought of @Rizak…
Noodle is an interesting dog. He’s generally quiet… but rare people/things set him off. He’s pretty calm… unless you try to groom him. He’s also incredibly spoiled: when $Wife isn’t home, he generally refuses to eat for at least a day.
A certain feline in my house would be more than happy to have any extra food that Noodle doesn’t want. I’ve never met a cat as food motivated as Apollo. He’s much like a dog in that respect.
As an example, a few weeks ago $Wife was camping with her friends and left on Friday morning. Noodle did not eat his breakfast, so it got put back out as dinner. He did not eat it Saturday morning or evening either, so it became Sunday breakfast, which is when he finally ate it. Then he had Sunday Dinner with Mommy, which he ate with arguments.
It’s kind of like having a toddler in the house, except I don’t think I’m going to get reported for him not eating for a couple days since food is available and offered to him. (For the record, he also received and ate treats during this period without the slightest argument.)
The plus side is he’s in good health and, unlike many indoor dogs, not overweight. He’s big for the breed, but you can feel his ribs and even see a hint of them when he’s freshly groomed. Doctors love him if not for the biting.
Wot? That I can do… and, nope, havent got training nor went for a course. I googled it and my efforts went straight into Production.
Oh, and do I get bonus points for setting up a 4-site AD setup (4x DC’s - 1x PDC and 3x BDC’s) with hyper-v replication on two servers per site?
Shouldn’t Good Guy Greg have realized by now that he’s helping to glamorize cigarettes?
He’s Good, not Smart.
Is using Georgenisms in the workplace acceptable? (havening, leavening, workening etc).
Absolutely!
I drop havening and printering into the conversation occasionally.
I think I may have used printering occasionally.
We used it when we met up in RW with other CoGers. “So, are you havening a good time?” made it obvious who we were.

I gave a student 10 (out of 100) pity points on their final. Was it too harsh of me to write that my overall evaluation was that he obviously didn’t test or check any of his work and that that would not do him well in the workplace?
Edit: It was a hands on final that they had 6 weeks to work on. With help. All they had to do was ask me or another student.
We have “doe snot toast” but I’m not sure if anyone’s taken the time to contemplate what it means to be a “doe snot taoist”.
I don’t think it was too harsh to give good constructive criticism. I hope the student has a sad back story worthy of the pity points.
No, but I normally just take 5-10% off for every wrong thing. That would have left him in negative numbers, but he did get a couple of things right.
Why do we have so much balsamic vinegar?
