They’re cute, but I’d question their definition of “realistic”. They don’t look like any cat I’ve ever seen
I want one. Now.
Kind of want one too. I should build one for work and get a sign-off from mgmt to leave it running.
Your cats don’t have convenient USB interfaces?
Mine sure don’t.
It’s usually in the left nostril. You have to rotate the usb connector a few times, of course.
I accept no responsibility for anyone actually trying this.
If I tried this with Gizmo there would be blood. Apollo would probably just run away.
Noodle prefers Lightning cables.
Thank gods for USB-C
I think that’s the way things will move towards eventually.
USB-C and Lightning both share the ‘no wrong orientation’ (1) and it’s great. We put an outlet in our kitchen with built-in USB ports for charging devices (because so many people want to plug in a phone or camera when they’re over for a party or whatever) and it was a great idea. Bonus is it’s got two USB-A ports and they’re 180 degrees from each other, so if you guess wrong first try it’ll work the second.
(1) Also a good social policy, if I may step off my soap box.
So, what was everyone doing Saturday morning at 1:15 a.m., Pacific time? A couple dozen people and four Deloreans gathered at the Twin Pines Mall to commemorate the first successful time travel event in history.
That’s exactly what I said!
I found this very interesting…
Yeah, that was fascinating.
Quickest 8 minute video I’ve seen I reckon.
Was particularly interesting around Y2K with the rise of eBay, and then again in 2004 when Yahoo was still king and Google was slowly catching up. I was surprised that Facebook and Google didn’t make it to the top 3 until after 2012 or so.
What’s the metric used? If it’s pages I would expect google to catch up quick, but at least at first they were the big search engine because they gave good results and were the lightweight option compared to yahoo and others.
It’s amazing to remember that Yahoo was still hanging in there until so recently.
Who! Do! Yahoo!?
