They’re not bad when I play with them with my hands, but they seem to think that a sock makes it okay to bite as hard as they can.

I say this as the owner of more Carhartt t-shirts than I can count, including an entire box of Carhartt t-shirt rags. And some Dickies socks.

Hey, I have those! When we discovered Costco recently they were there so I bought a pack, and they’ve fast become my favourite socks.

I like them. They’re warm and durable. I need to see if I can find them in a smaller size, though. These are a bit big for me.
I found out that I had the genders of the kittens mixed up. Kage is male and Karasu is female. I don’t feel too bad about the mixup since the vet had to take the kittens around to the entire office to check their gender (they got their vaccinations and microchipped yesterday). To be honest, I was beginning to suspect because of their behaviours. Kage is already significantly bigger than Karasu, and his viciousness with feet is more consistent with male behaviour. Karasu is not as outgoing but snuggly at night, which is more consistent with female behaviour.

Well, my kittens were getting destructive, so I caved and bought a cheap cat tree. It was a hit before I even had it put together. The kittens were climbing all over it and scratching it up even as I was assembling it.

We’re in the process of adopting a couple of bonded sister tortoiseshell cats that are about 2 years old.
I need to workshop some names.
The Dragonlady says that cats respond better to names that end in an EE sound. I have no opinion.
No subatomic particles. We learned our lesson with those.
