What with the security forces and police being on the ball, the protesters could not do much damage and looting as was initially feared, and the whole protest ended up with a dismal whimper.
Seems like it is the end of the road for the EFF. We will have to wait and see though.

Today they have started the installation of a PV system at the office.
Generator can be utilized as a back-up should the batteries not get enough time to recharge.
But there are lots of other businesses who cannot afford the capital outlay, and have to close their doors and people are without a work and income
